business-technology

This page is intended to be an ongoing addendum to my resume that briefly details some of my more notable projects and experiences I’ve had over my 20 years in the Business Technology industry.  Take note of the year when browsing through.  Many of these technologies we see as commonplace today, were cutting edge challenges and learning experiences without road maps at the time!

Thank you for stopping by!

Single Point Heuristics – An innovation that allowed for a single point receiver to provide accurate 360 degree directional tracking of a transmitting object. Normal tracking requires an antenna three points to triangulate an object, two points with heuristic logic software, or potentially use a focus directional antenna in only one area. Jon proposed an idea loosely related to a reverse radar where a single high gain antenna can be used with a rotating shield that would provide directional drops in dB strength that can then be used to calculate position.
